I offer individual therapy to both Minnesota and Lousiana residents ages 18 and up. I contract with Transcend Psychotherapy, which allows me to take most major Minnesota health insurances. For Louisiana clients, I offer out of pocket therapy with sliding scale options from $80-165 per session. For folks in the New Orleans area, outdoor/walk and talk therapy options are possible.
